mine is a rescue who was found in the woods. I don’t know for certain about trauma in her past but she was definitely trained by someone previously as she is completely house-trained, like to the point that I think she thinks she’ll get into a lot of trouble if she goes in the house, and I certainly didn’t teach her…

Neither! I try not to use any words like that to describe myself, ex. no paragraph like “I’m funny, smart, educated blah blah”. Instead I try to just respond in a way that’s indicative of my personality without having to spell it out.
