Just don't confuse mean with critical, for the sake of discussion, please.

That's just how I see it, not how everyone should see it :P

I love these kinds of videos. Fantastic to see how the pro's do the little things for a very, very, good whole. I never really thought of music like that for WITHIN a level. I always thought of it as a thing that changes when the 'room switches.' But I'll be damned, Nintendo is just a lot better than that.

Looks like they're playing Sim City.

I do appreciate your transperency, but I do also think it's not enough. Where's the coverage? It's a huge deal. Yet Kotaku has been completely mute. How about the alleged 'hack' of her site? How about her harassment of TFYC's game jam, another jam promoting the SAME cause... which you also didn't promote or mention

Hey, if you're looking for a sales boost...

Clothing is for mere mortals.

Well of course THAT one is the boy of destiny, not every one after/before.

But... They never stated that the hero would always be a guy. It just never happened.

It's not even necessary. Though. Really. The gender of link has absolutely no difference then, I dunno, a new character model and those 3 grunts.

It's not politics. It's just, well, it's not that big of a deal of a change. It's like, well, Pokemon Crystal, get it?

I don't think they'd do it simply out of pressure, or they would do it right now. With Hyrule Warriors, I don't think they feel any pressure to just so happen to have only announced 2 male characters and a crapton of females so far. It just, well, happened.

His identity is 'random elf who has something off about them, goes and saves the world, generations later another elf does the same thing. Nothing would change about OOT if Link was a girl (the girl without a fairy,) nothing would change about Majora's Mask (moon still falls,) Wind Waker (girls can have sister's and

Your line of thought is pretty off. WHY does a gender change, change character? What exactly about female link would be completely different? Skyward Sword is the only Zelda game where Link actually loves Zelda, and even then, being gay wouldn't exactly be a record-stopper.

Just because they've grown accustomed to it doesn't mean it can't be changed.
See: Lara Croft

"Hero of _____" is gender neutral. Hero is COMMONLY thought to be only for males, but in fact it's actually not representative of a gender at all. Alternate words are pretty much only there for 'if you choose to.' For example, Ann Hathaway is an actor. However, since there is a male and female award for actor, in the

W-w-wait, is that... a war factory? Base building? Urban warfare with artillery?
