I farmed the shit out of the dragon room in Hythloth (invis ring insta-kills ftw), looted the shit out of LB’s room, got mystic armor for all my characters, etc., but I had no clue what to do…

Generally referred to as intermittent fasting. However, if you’re only eating 1200 calories a day it doesn’t matter when you’re eating it. Unless you’re a 4'6, 90 lb girl who doesn’t move much, you’re eating a caloric deficit—which means of course you’ll lose weight. Spread it out across the day and be less miserable.

There’s nothing wrong with carbs at all as long as you manage your calorie intake
