Gah, that's just sad! Thanks for the heads-up.

I've always wondered how these shows make any money. They're obviously created for the "ecchi" since their storylines are virtually nonexistent or just terrible, so that makes me think they're only watched by teen/early 20s males—an age range that makes little money and probably pirates the DVDs off torrent/fileshare

This has always been the case, especially for anime. They follow trends. It's a little more varied now, with different studios showcasing their own styles, but they're still pretty similar all around.

Yeah, the KPop groups aren't idols, but they're pretty close. They still do modeling, appear on variety shows and in commercials, act in dramas and movies—I consider them more "entertainers" than "artists". Most of them aren't especially good singers.

Now playing

"Orange Caramel"? There's a new KPop girl group every month, I swear. Now I feel the need to post some good KPop.

Try naming all the FPS games out there. ;)

Ah, okay. When you said you BSed the 2nd part that seemed to imply chaotic fabrication. :)

I think you would've been fine just being honest. Valve is looking for a wide variety of players, and there's nothing that indicates that an experienced player is more likely to be picked.

I'm confused by both sides. Activision uninvites Holland because, presumably, they think porn is bad and her presence there might mean that they condone her activities (which I don't think it does). Holland blogs that making "games about killing people" is negative, as if Activision condones murder (which I don't

Very insightful post. Thank you for sharing.

Heartwarming stories such as these seem to be few and far between these days. Huge props to Big Ideas Digital and hope Grace's operation goes smoothly.

Banshee/DT rushes are a calculated risk; if you don't do significant damage with them you'll be at a disadvantage, the degree which is determined by your opponent's build order. Swarm hosts as you said probably won't be used in the same way, though. Still, any cloaked unit poses a threat and forces defense/detection.

Well, I hope it's not too early. Other races' cloaked units take a fair amount of time to make (banshees, DTs) and can wreck an opponent lacking detection. And Protoss don't have "siege options" either until Colossus, and they take a crapload of time to make (and now zergs have Vipers to deal with them). Zerg isn't a

I am so disappointed by the new batch of units. Not only do a lot of them overlap with old SC1/WC3 skills, but they also overlap existing units' roles. For example:

Unfortunately, you're right. I don't play WoW so I have no idea where the story's gone since WC3, but even the transition from WC2 was pretty shaky. I'll pick up WC4 when (if?) it comes out because I love the gameplay—hopefully the plot's been cleaned up a bit by then.

Then the sun and moon would have to get in on the action!

Ippo isn't the longest manga in history; Kochikame is. But props for the awesome reference!

Haha, ouch! Some people are just ridiculous on both sides. :) All about finding that happy middle ground.

But no one's going to abbreviate to the point of incoherency. People are simply irritated by the usual "u" and "plz" and lack of capitalization and punctuation, which are hardly needed to communicate.

I have no idea what you just said but ha, sure.
