No surprises here—the porn industry exists to screw people.
@nick_gc:
@Whyspir: Has she done anything recently? She was brilliant in Cowboy Bebop (then again, who wasn't) but I haven't seen her in anything else since.
@Ash Paulsen: I didn't mind it too much. I played FFVII in its entirety on my PC, and I was blessed with a decent soundcard at the time, so the songs sounded somewhat better than their PS1 versions.
@Greyspectre: Indeed. Most music tends to be repetitive to some extent anyway, unless you're listening to jazz or prog rock or something.
@axh9096: Ah, it seems like such a long time ago...I wonder if autotune will ever die.
@LucasReis - LOCK2K: Worst group, really? I mean, it's not great, but there's definitely worse out there. Some of BEP's early stuff is decent as well.
@angry_gamer: Although I really like his SNES stuff, I thought FF7's soundtrack was amazing, both for its time and the present. Some brilliant and emotional arrangements in there.
@Powerlord: Powerlord from VGMusic! Love that site. I have a few midis posted up there still from almost a decade back, I think.
@The_Bombsong_Baron: Nicely worded, good sir!
@(Zombie) WDYC: And another.
@(Zombie) WDYC: For sure, man—a dream team that will probably never make another game together. We can always hope, though...
Reading this after the Donkey Kong Soundtrack article, I have to say that TMNT4 had some rockin' good tunes.
@Brandon Strader: Are you the remixer from OCR? Dig your mixes, man. I agree that DKC3 was disappointing, although I thought 2's was better than 1's. Stickerbrush, Hot-Head Hop, Jib Jig, all incredible tunes.
@Vanessa Halls: Agreed. DKC has some very catchy and memorable tunes, but DKC2 is just consistently better all-around. I was a little disappointed by DKC3's soundtrack, though. DK64's wasn't as great either.
@(Zombie) WDYC: I completely agree. If anyone were to ask me what are the best ambient/chillout songs I've ever heard, Stickerbrush and Aquatic Ambiance would be at the top of the list. Even as an adolescent kid, I knew that the soundtrack was the work of genius.
