I think it follows the “stick to basic colors and design with accessories” approach. White and Black have been mainstays more than mustard and avocado because “white goes with everything” etc. So, stainless is a nice generic color, too......so I doubt it goes out of style the same way colors do.

I was envious of the Lumia models, but I was on Sprint at the time and it was my only Windows Phone choice. I had Windows Mobile 4 or 5 (Cingular 8125 - brick of a phone w/ a slide out keyboard) and then 6 (AT&T Fuze). Then I upgraded to Windows Phone 7 (HTC Arrive) and eventually 8 (Samsung ATIV S Neo).

I’ve not had that problem. They’ve been spot on for me --- even changing right as I pass the sign. Could be the area that you drive.

Looks like a recent beta adds support for Here Maps on Android Auto!!
