Not from a number of devices stand-point, but Here Maps is actually my preferred map app. Their offline maps are much easier to manage —- you don’t have to navigate somewhere and save it. I can download all of the US or just specific states all from a single menu. And if you have limited cellular data (I don’t) or

You should cover which ones you can easily harvest seeds from vs which ones you need new seeds each season. I’ve grown plenty of cucumbers and squash from the seeds in the cut-off ends. Whereas Strawberries, I haven’t yet been successful saving the seeds.

I had the misfortune of buying a Nissan Armada about 2 or 3 months before gas prices went skyrocketing last time.  This time, I’m well positioned --- I have a PHEV and an EV with a charger in my garage.  The PHEV gets 46mpg when I actually use gas.

I hope it was someone old enough to respond “Grandpa Munster”.

It’s the other way around.  These are cars from elsewhere that are being parked by the shop.  These aren’t cars that are locally owned.  The locals are getting parking tickets and the cars from the shop aren’t.  So there has to be some temporary marker of some sort to let the meter readers know to skip them.

I’d be interested in what sort of marker the cars have to indicate they should be skipped. Is it some sort of flyer on the dash? Can I get a Free Parking pass?

Multi-car discount.

It’s why I have the PHEV and the EV. Our EV gets most of our local driving. But, when two of us need to go places at the same time, we’re still electric for the short trips. When we do road trips, it’s the PHEV because I’m not waiting 30 minutes to an hour for high-speed charging when I can spend 10 filling up my gas

Nothing that would stop me from buying one again. There is a sliding cover over the cup holders that is just stupid and we never close it......a more usable design would have been to lower the sidewalls and kill the sliding cover. I also dislike the dial for gear selection —- mostly because I rest my hand in that

A traditional hybrid uses the ICE (and for some models, regenerative breaking) to charge the battery exclusively. So, you fill up with gas, you drive around, the battery gets charged and discharged. But your vehicle is always using gas. There is no 100% electric mode.

Any mention of the range? It’s nice to know how big the battery is and the charge speed is, but range is relevant, too. I think the tipping point for range is probably going to be 300+ miles......less than that, and a lot of people will shy away from EVs......

I traded in a 2013 Kia Soul and got a Kia Niro (first a PHEV and then got a second Niro that is full EV). It’s a good car and actually more spacious than the Soul. Under $40k USD and then a $7,500 credit on my taxes. If the Soul EV hadn’t been delayed, I would have considered one of them when I was looking......but

You’d have to read the specifics for this license, but most Microsoft products are transferrable from one device to another. And many of them even allow multiple installs but single use......so you could install it on two or three computers as long as you only use it on one computer at a time.

Don’t pre-wash your dishes, but pre-soak them. It’s the dried on / caked on stuff that’s tough. If I have a REALLY tough pan, I’ll pre-soak it overnight and then scrub it before putting it in (those Scrub Daddy sponges work really well). But, if your dishes have soaked up until right before you turn it on, stuff will

Not buku.....beaucoup. It’s French for many/lots.

But why move to an asset that depreciates quickly and is also priced above expected value?  I mean, there are plenty of better assets to move money to.

I’ve had the bump and run version of the Roomba and eventually replaced it with an earlier model Deebot.  I will never go back to a robot that doesn’t have smart mapping.  These models have been on my watch list for a while.  I might just pull the trigger now.

As one who speeds up their podcasts, it doesn’t change the RELATIVE pacing. If the creator has a long pause for dramatic effect, it’s still there and it still “feels” the same relative to the other content. So anyone who complains about how we are “destroying their work” don’t realize all of the other factors beyond

I think the biggest benefit is that it brings some attention to the sports that you don’t normally get to see.  I mean *I* don’t watch.....but a lot of people love the skating and gymnastics events.

I’ve been married 21 and this is how I do it.  I don’t know why anyone would do differently.  Nor why they needed an article to tell them so.  :D
