I don’t think there should be a cap......but......

I don’t have a gaming rig. I don’t play often enough to keep one up to date to play the latest games. I’ll take a console where a day one console can play the final game released for the platform just fine. That’s what.....10 years of play for that investment?

That same argument didn’t work for Microsoft when it came to bundling IE with Windows.

Clarification, they aren’t thinking their market cap will be $32 trillion. They have set the market cap at 128x earnings ($750b). That’s what the P/E ratio is. That doesn’t mean that they expect the value of the company to go up 128 times. It means that for every dollar earned by Telsa, they think that dollar is worth

We inadvertently ordered burgers from Hooters that was operating under a different name but with a burger exclusive menu. They weren’t that good. It sounds similar to what Zack experienced.

There were two suits. The first resulted in a ruling that just recording the song did not violate copyright. So, you’re free to create whatever content you want. The second lawsuit was related to the actual release of the song and it was settled before a trial.

I’m happy with my Ecovacs Deebot 901 that I bought for around $220. We’re replacing our carpet upstairs and it will be moving up there afterwards. I plan on buying a Deebot T8 (and eventually the base) for downstairs at that time. We have a heavy-shedding dog plus three other dogs and it does a good job on the tile

I wound up getting the Instant Pot w/ the air fryer lid. Mostly because it gives me the flexibility of a single device that serves multiple purposes. I can pressure cook, slow cook, steam, or air fry all in a single device. I got rid of my old slow cooker.

This isn’t a case of non-compete. This is a contract for employment. It would be like an NFL player who is playing for the Chargers with 2 years left leaving to go play for the 49ers and signing a new contract while the previous one exists. But, if they guy leaves the Chargers and goes to play baseball for the Padres,

Most companies have about 3 to 5% COL increases every year. Raises probably average 10%. Neither of those numbers keep up with market rates. Leaving a company nets you at least 15% after 2 years, sometimes more because you are resetting the base back to market levels.

I assume they have to claim and justify direct competition in order to trigger some sort of non-compete type clause in the contract — probably to add some sort of buff to their punies.

The way I understand it, in the UK, you insure the combination of driver and vehicle. So, if you have two cars and drive them both and your spouse drives them both, then you need four policies. Or something like that. There was a recent CNet video on it.

My wife has a similar problem with traditional medical tape. This sensitive skin tape does well for her.

It’s the same color as my Pepto Bismol.

Why does every real estate photographer think that the HDR filter makes a house look appealing?  It’s ok in some instances, but for a house, when I see that, I’m more likely to skip a house than be interested.

I don’t follow.....if I have 5 accounts with $5k each all making 5% or I have one account with $25k making 5%, the math is going to work out the same. Where it will really matter is if each account has any sort of “account fee” (as opposed to the funds themselves which all have some sort of administrative fee).

Choosing traditional or Roth isn’t as cut and dried as that. For the young or lower tax bracket, Roth is the better choice. For the middle aged, there are more factors. For the older or higher tax bracket, traditional is probably the better choice.

These things never really cover the difference between traditional 401k and Roth 401ks. For those wondering, these numbers are going to assume traditional where you are paying taxes on withdrawals. You can get by with slightly lower numbers if you have your money in a Roth 401k.
