There is a difference between illicit sources that exploit system weaknesses and corporate encouraged system exploitation in the name of the law.
The first has the conclusion that those weaknesses must be fixed asap. The second, demand that they aren’t fixed ever, meaning that every system will be defacto vulnerable…
