Excluding the maneuverability part, an Arleigh Burke class destroyer wouldn’t be any better off then an BB. The Arleigh Burke class ships are not armored at all.
But to the BBs defense, it has armor, has a top speed of 37 MPH, and it’s equipped with 4 Phalanx AA guns, 32 Tomahawk missiles, 16 Harpoon missiles, and 9 16” guns.
