why hasn't the Air Force started on stealthy munitions and Pods? I mean they seem pretty hell bent on stealth, and yet they can't maximise any of there stealth platforms to deliver munitions to the battlefield because all of the munition space in these platforms is internal.

Lamborghini has become more of a rich person car who doesn't give a damn about performance. Seriously, at this point I'm sure a 458 could take on an Aventador. And while that's not bad, I'd like Ferrari to stay relatively special.
