They are both victims and assailants. Just that what happened to the kid is worse. Same as this car situation. Both of these highlight that your decisions can prevent these situations happening.

They can both be wrong without saying the other is right. Why is that so hard to understand? OP never defended the truck only said that the car most likely could have avoided this.
I’m getting tired of responding to these failures of reading comprehension. It’s a law in a lot of US states. Speeding up to pass is sometimes the safest move. See my other reply in this thread if you are capable of reading it.
You guys are having a hard time following this logic for some reason. Just because the truck committed attempted vehicular manslaughter or even attempted murder doesn’t mean Z was “right”. As with most road-rage it’s two idiots and one losing.
You’re putting word in my mouth. I’m not saying “people should be allowed to react with violence”. I’m saying you can avoid these situations by not being a fucking dick in the first place.
Not justifying the truck but I’m not justifying the Z’s action either. It’s pretty clear he could have de-escalated this.
Camry is the only innocent one here.
The Z escalated the situation. He may not have done anything illegal (except blocking the left lane is in some state) but he is not innocent. This entire situation could have been avoided by swallowing pride and moving over.
Not trying to defend the truck but this is just a reminder to those lane blockers who want to prove something. Irrational people exist. They will try to kill you for pointless shit. It’s easier to just let them pass. You’re not doing anyone a favor by escalating the situation.
Not going to lie. I’ve imagined doing this a few times. I never actually would but I’ve dreamt about it.
I think it’s a photoshop but yes.
There’s still a bunch of us hanging around to give those new Azteks shit too.
What’s smoke and mirrors about turbocharging?
I don’t think you understand how the hype train works.
Gavin Belson is a stereotypical combination of silicon Valley CEO’s but he’said mostly Larry Ellison.
I didn’t like that quote from GM. It was something like “We’re a car company, not an infrastructure company!”. Sounds like a “Get off my lawn” way of thinking.
What that seemed to imply was that Supercharging in the 3 would work much like it already does in Tesla’s existing Model S and Model X
I see what you did there.
Isn’t it Dearborn? Google maps says close enough.
