This is the problem with continuity reboots. I’ve watched Booster Gold grow from a screwup into a mature superhero who’s willing to sacrifice his personal happiness for the good of the multiverse — with no fame or glory for himself. And now it’s all been undone.

I still liked the pre-New 52 Booster series where he had grown and improved as a hero but being incompetent was his secret identity. So people wouldn’t realize he was saving history.

I’m sorry the DC Movie-verse sucks so much right now.

So, I’ve made it pretty clear my 3 favorite superheroes are Superman, Captain America and Dick Grayson. Imagine what it’s like being me right now. I mean aside from the fact I duped into an “event” I’ve actually enjoyed the Cap story, but this just looks like ass. And I’m not talking about the nice one on Dick Grayson.

Goddamn dammit! Can we abandon this trend of pre-trailer-fast-cuts of the trailer we’re about see? It got old almost immediately.

Not interesting enough to sustain series? What about Sliders? Parallels jumped straight to the plot of the later seasons of Sliders but with a more modern take.

I knew I’d seen something with that premise before. Parallels was pretty good for how short it was, and how obviously low-budget. One of those things where they are obviously trying to get picked up by a studio or get a series deal, and all the Netflix reviews say “They should make more”... but they never get picked…

Came in based on the first header text thinking it was a rip off of Parallels. I hope that they genuinely do expand upon it and it gets more than a 90 minute “movie”, cause Parallels was a really really interesting premise that should have been picked up for a full season imho
