I agree this is ridiculous for cars like the m5 and others that have the ability to generate actual engine sounds. But I strongly disagree that this will become dated. As cars become more and more electric/hybrid/4banger/1liter due to efficiency laws, people will miss the sounds they are accustomed to and I think car
