They look pretty great to me. I can only take so many offsetting color palettes and weirdly sewn clothing. They actually look better than a lot of others in my opinion because they look so bland. By not making them the obvious highlight, I find myself more engaged with what the characters are actually DOING.

I am beyond stoked for this game. It is everything Final Fantasy cutscenes have promised us, and it looks so fluid. Now I hope they can cram in 60+ hours of Gameplay.

I just want a review team for all the damn early access crap. Every time I see a game that looks interesting, it turns out that it is barely out of the concept stage and I've been burned a lot over early access.
I just want something akin to the developers giving Steam a timeline with set goals and releases that help…

These didn't even come close, and effects aside, I think it had to do with the lack of theatrics. A line can be delivered infinite ways to an equal amount of effects; the same with character personality. Without imitating the original portrayal in a close way, you wind up with a lot of wasted time.
