Honda rust. It was never an “official defect” but ask any owner of any Honda up to about 2000 and rust is a recurring problem. My first Intgera was riddled with it, to the point where the floors actually fell out of it. It always starts on the rear fenders and moves forward. Any astute Honda shopper immediately
