At this moment, yes. But early next year there are first vehicles coming (HMWM and armed pickup truck, propably even more). In the end there should be APCs, tanks and helicopters. Maybe fixed wing aircrafts (depens how things will go i guess, they will be hard to implement into gameplay properly)

Yes. First vehicles were originally already planned to be included in early access build, but needed additional polish.(think some critical player interaction bugs). Currently they hope to release them in cca month (+ Christmas break)
