The mandate seems crazy anti-capitalistic. As the date approaches, ICE car costs will skyrocket, while EV would shrink (is EV supply increases are being mandated). High school-level supply/demand economics demands this.  Dealers are going to shoot ICE prices to the moon.

Is $6000 upfront “normal” for a lease? Never leased, but would think anyone with that kind of scratch just lying around wouldn’t be the type who leases.
