Why is it “sketchy” if it has myriad additional load-bearing (or load-assisting) beams? Wouldn’t “sketchy” be the absence of said supports, and only the toasted patina of the before pics?

Many years ago (90s?) 20/20 (Dateline?) did a story on the cops on I-10.  They had cameras on the speedometer, tires (to show no lane weaving), everything.  Cameras clearly showed no possible motor violation was occurring. And yet they got pulled over by cops left and right, blatantly making up infractions easily…
