People keep throwing around that $20 Billion figure for the SLS without any context whatsoever while glibly and conveniently neglecting to mention or point out the fact that it’s a cumulative cost of the entire program for the Shuttle replacement program that spans all the way back to the 1990's when the Shuttle was
