agreed, and when you compare the two weights of metal involved, its clear who should err on the side of caution.

if the sun is down, its private property and his yard is fenced in, he has every right to shoot at people on his lawn tmk, a courtesy warning would nice.

speeding just for good measure? we can assume the bikes sped up to pass, but we don;t know they broke the speed limit with any certainty.

arresting someone for something they didn’t witness is tricky. arresting someone is depriving them of their right of freedom of movement and is taken seriously to avoid counter suits. perhaps once police see the video they may act.

he’s a biker i assume, they always get up in arms even if they weren’t accused. same thing happened to m e on another thread.

you have to admit though, a lesson, the kid would keep doing that if he just shrugged, potentially putting others at risk consistently. now that he’s learned from this, he will think twice. harsh way to learn, but effective.

let’s be fair though, there is no officer here to let him go or make any call and had one been present I assume he would have been.

small chance here, but devil’s advocate none-the-less... what if the driver only saw one biker, the furthest back, and was going to “scare” him by swerving into the “open” lane, only to discover there was another guy already there.
