im happy to know he doesn’t ride anymore too ;-)

you are more angry with him saying he might do something, while ignoring the fact that he explained someone was breaking the law and assaulted him.

interesting scenario. when i was in drivers education class the instructor made a good point about culpability and liability.

you’d have a LOT more considerate people obeying the laws if that were more common though, you have to admit.

your logic seems flawed, because your state allows that, this guy wa snot in the wrong.

surely the guy driving at the back of it all that captured the video is not incriminating himself in any way and doesn’t deserve unwarranted charges...

yes it does actually, the lines indicate that not enough distance exist to safely pass or that visibility is obstructed in some way (ie train crossing)

if intentional yes. if not, then drive recklessly, drive carelessly, imprudent driving, or one of a host of others, depending on the location as well, i do not know texas state laws.

the difference is a gun requires pointing, which shows “intent” a swerve on the road does not prove intent.

“Yeah, it should, but we don’t live in Shouldland! Ah, Shouldland, where clean-cut kids cruise Shouldland Boulevard, and the Shouldland High football team gets their optimistic asses kicked by their crosstown rival, Reality Check Tech” - Stan Smith

he didn’t admit he did it on purpose. he said he didn’t care. big difference in language there which kept him out of jail.

in my city they just slap some bricks under your axles, deflate your tires yank the rim off and leave it as such. no driving at all.

their* bones. not they’are bones

among one of the bikers was an undercover police officer. so... the cop beat the guy too and was also charged? if noot, why didn’t the cop stop them?

if there was literally NO danger in passing there, then it wouldn’t have been a double yellow. the government that made those roads decided that.

of course they would then get out to ensure they finished the job right? 8-/

where im from we have laws for too slow as well, 20 above or 20 below limit are both dangerous to other drivers on the road.

curious, i wasn’t aware that motorcycles are allowed to break laws. do you have precedent you can quote on that?

under what authority do you have the right to revoke other’s ability to express their opinion?

anyone have the cliff notes version? (tl:dr)
