interesting scenario. when i was in drivers education class the instructor made a good point about culpability and liability.
you’d have a LOT more considerate people obeying the laws if that were more common though, you have to admit.

surely the guy driving at the back of it all that captured the video is not incriminating himself in any way and doesn’t deserve unwarranted charges...
yes it does actually, the lines indicate that not enough distance exist to safely pass or that visibility is obstructed in some way (ie train crossing)
if intentional yes. if not, then drive recklessly, drive carelessly, imprudent driving, or one of a host of others, depending on the location as well, i do not know texas state laws.
the difference is a gun requires pointing, which shows “intent” a swerve on the road does not prove intent.

he didn’t admit he did it on purpose. he said he didn’t care. big difference in language there which kept him out of jail.
in my city they just slap some bricks under your axles, deflate your tires yank the rim off and leave it as such. no driving at all.

among one of the bikers was an undercover police officer. so... the cop beat the guy too and was also charged? if noot, why didn’t the cop stop them?
