where im from we have laws for too slow as well, 20 above or 20 below limit are both dangerous to other drivers on the road.

well, as much as some points seem invalid, or easily disputed at least, i must state that the vacuum i am using is almost 20 years old, still doing fine and was $90 when purchased new.
