This could work. If you force people to verify identity like facebook, where you need a cell phone to get a text, and they can trace that cell phone to who purchased it (unless its a burner), then most people will think twice before agreeing/uploading to the site.

i agree with your logic but the factor missed here is that the AI uses information that is directly input by humans to perform its calculations. Those humans carry the bias (whether consciously or not) and input that data into the systems. Or that the data input is already skewed in that those users already get seen…

there certainly seems to be some correlation, but i dont know if it is causation. being rich doesnt make you white, and being poor doesnt make you black. but often times other factors that affect their income is related ot their skin pigmentation.
