when i used to cycle i road on sidewalks on busy streets, and side streets id use the curb area.
I don’t care if it’s against the law, i’m not getting on the road with those insane motorists, and causing the rest of the city a huge inconvenience simply to abide by a law that makes no sense.

i disagree, you can mandate people turn them in , you could go gestapo and door to door invade their homes too.. it can be done, the question is what lengths, and also, you sound like a climate denier. like if you cant get many of them off the street, you might as well not try.
