Oh that’s an easy one. High School students.

Yep, a trick used to camoflage drinking at work, drinking and driving, and the much more innocent smuggling booze into a concert, sporting event, or movie.

It is a common trick by alcoholics when they drink in front of people who know they have a drinking problem. Because apparently they think you won’t notice them going from sober to drunk.

I used to tell my grandma I thought it would be so amazing growing up on a farm in the 1920’s like she did, wearing sunbonnets and riding in wagons and sewing her own clothes and she’d just look at me like I was crazy and say “but I have air conditioning now, dear.”

100%. Also, anesthesia for surgery and novocaine for dental work. I don’t want to live in a world where I would have to endure my 2 root canals and myriad fillings without massive novocaine (or would have had to just have the teeth yanked).
