Most non-US car companies haven’t sold their smallest model in the USA for decades. You couldn’t get the 90s Micra in the USA but you could in Canada. The Mitsu Mirage seems to be bucking that trend.

It’s still on repeats in the UK on the (lol) Horror Channel. Laura’s going back into acting, she launched herself on social media in February and.... nuked her Insta last week cos there were too many weirdos. She’s definitely new to social media.

I suspect that a lot of people don’t realise that acting is extremely irregular and unreliable work so, unless you’re in the top tier, you’re likely to need to supplement your income or fill in potentially multi-year gaps between gigs. Most roles don’t pay much, either.

The metal is more or less the same but there’s still scope to cut corners on casting; if you end up with lots of inclusions, unevenly distributed inclusions or uneven grain size around the disc you can end up with a disc that wears at slightly different rates on different parts of the disc.

Hyundai OEM discs for the Getz (as it’s the base model I assume the rest of the range is the same) come with zinc galvanised hats, that was a nice touch. The lifespan doesn’t seem exceptional but I haven’t warped/unevenly worn any which I have done with knock-off discs.
