I want to say that romance media (books/tv/movies) have really helped people not understand what they are doing is wrong. In the movies, the girl/guy runs up to her/his love target and in front of everyone at the wedding, she/he professes their love. And low and behold! They get the Guy/girl and happily ever after…
When you need to deal with both bolts and screws, you don’t buy some bastard combination socket wrench and screwdriver, you buy separate tools that are each significantly better suited to their respective jobs.
When you crank out the offspring, for one, JUST BUY A GODDAMN MINIVAN. It’s not going to crush your soul,…
If it always been the wrong time between them, it seems like they only want what they can’t have. That’s what I gathered at least.
Completely agree.
No. You shouldn’t do it for your crush. You should do it because apparently your fiance isn’t what you really want and you’re on a short road to hurting them in the future.
I always think it’s weird men are intimidated by a woman that’s everything they say they want. I picked a career I love but will never make me rich, so I’m fine with a woman making more than me. Especially if she likes her job. Maybe I was just forced to accept that long ago because my mom makes more than my dad.
This exactly. I’m at a point in my life where I don’t have time to hunt down “clean” WRXs that don’t have some kind of hidden surprise waiting to bite me in the ass. New is just less of a hassle.
I agree, to many WRX hatches out there have mods and all sorts of “boy racer” parts on them. How about just a clean one with medium milage? I swear its like finding a unicorn
Guy in my apartment building has a stanced out XT done up to look the part. Unfortunately as of the last time I talked with him he hadn’t actually gotten around to swapping in any of the STi drivetrain, but it still looks damn cool.
I love how most of the comments are either
1. “Do you even spawn children, bro?” or:
2. “PFFFT, Why buy a 26,000 WRX when you can buy this 60,000+ AMG/M/RS/whatever?”
Also more then double the price and automatic only... Additionally, some people actually live with this stuff called snow every once in a while so the AWD definitely makes it more family friendly.
‘16 STi owner here with a 3 and 5 year old. It really is an awesome family car (but understand I also commute my kids around in an rx8 as well.)
Why would you put your kids through that mess? You know how often you’ll have to add the dealership to your daily driving route?
Same here. No Regrets.
