Perhaps it depends on where you are. I don’t live far from the Kentucky horse country; I see more old Rovers there than new ones, these are very popular with the old money crowd around there. Old money does not flaunt and gives zero fucks if you compliment their ride.

Am I the only one who absolutely hates the Elise’s styling? Any generation. They look like creepy insects that want to eat me and laugh while doing it.

Ha! wife saw one the other day and told me” nice buggy”

Doesn’t work. At all. Disposable German cars are not going to blend once their body style is old. A very vintage Mercedes (1950-1970s, perhaps) would be accepted, but nothing newer.

Oh, it's going to break.

Any Rolls-Royce says money, and not new money like some garish Bentley.

Up in the great white north you can still have a Outback with a Stick as well as the Legacy!

If you are willing to take a road trip to Canada, they still offer the Outback with a manual that was built in the same Indiana factory.

Looked at Outback but bought the 2016 Forester 2.5 base model with 6 speed manual trans....since I am an enthusiast on a budget! Got it out the door for $20,300 (plus tax and license). Frigging bargain.

I would buy one of there was a manual option. That CVT is a fun sponge. Just because it’s a big, underpowered, AWD wagon doesn’t mean it still can’t be fun to drive. Oh, and bring back that gorgeous green/tan exterior color combo from the early 2000's.

Got a 2.5i in the driveway, and I have to say, that’s a pretty nice place to be. Pretty well equipped for a base car, and a seriously comfortable cruiser/road trip mobile. Mileage is pretty decent - averaging mid 20s in purely city driving, easily hitting around 30 and higher on the highway.

How timely! My wife and i are getting one of these in a month or so.

Given that F-Zero is owned by Nintendo and not Sega, it will probably never be on steam.

Yes, I like my cookies containing 100% real Girl Scouts.

Reminds me of gerrymandered voting districts. What is this cookiemandering conspiracy?!

When your country decides to actually provide decent paid maternity leave, then perhaps we’ll talk. Till then....nope. You don’t get to whine about this.
