The more I see of this game the more I think Kojima having someone over his shoulder to check his worst excesses was a good thing.

Minish Cap I just never got around to and there’s no good way to play it now other than emulators. Skyward Sword I just couldn't bring myself to get through the tutorial. It dragged on forever and I got bored and never got back around to it.

Disappointing, but it’s nice to hear the rest of the game is great. I was mainly interested because Link’s Awakening is one of three Zelda games I’ve never put any significant time into (Minish Cap and Skyward Sword are the others), so chamber dungeons were just icing.

Hard disagree. This looks great and I’m glad they’re taking a risk and making it fresh. I’m really looking forward to it.

It remains to this day one of of only two Zelda games I have never finished. I didn’t mind the touch screen controls, but I hated the Temple of the Ocean King with a burning passion. Who could have possibly thought that was a good idea?

Zodiac Age didn’t have new content, but for the majority of the American audience it was a new enough experience with the upgraded license boards and new item placement.

That’s my concern too. Does remaster mean higher res textures, or is it more of a FFXII Zodiac Age style thing?
