In the reveal she’s wearing Twelve’s costume (boots, hoodie under the coat), since every Doctor wears their predecessor’s costume post-regeneration. It would be like cosplaying as the Tenth Doctor, but wearing Nine’s costume.

Which is strange considering that they’ve already confirmed that what she wore in the reveal is not her official costume.
