I went with that to get off hormones, but I had TWO fail on me. Now I have a Mirena and it’s been fab. The hormone dose is much lower and it’s local to the uterus, so I don’t have as many issues as I did with the pill. I barely can tell there are hormones, except that I don’t have periods any more!
