It’s a baseless criticism, but McAdoo physically does not look like a guy who should be the head coach of an NFL team. Every time I see a shot of him on the sidelines I think he’s one of the guys responsible for troubleshooting malfunctioning Surfaces or making sure the coaching headsets work.
