@MrMusic: I came in here for the express purpose of asking "Does it bother anyone else that those gears wouldn't work?"

@OCEntertainment: I'd assume the same is true if you have, say, a laptop hooked up to an HDTV. As long as that TV is set as the primary display, it should work on just that display. No?

@TheOtherHalf: Megan Fox memory management? Most popular firefox extension of this century right there.

@Adah: Don't tell my fiance this, but I'm a little excited to be deployed, if only for a new experience.

I had someone who got back from deployment not long ago jokingly tell me this.

@OCEntertainment: Seeing my fiance who is across the pacific ocean from me right now. Or being able to go home to my family. One of the two would be nice.

@Bane_Majik: Ahh I see, I'm afraid I hadn't gotten to read the whole thing yet, thanks.

Well along with 3 kids it appears that she was either in the military, a vet, or the dependant of someone who was, as USAA is only open to such.

@allinthefamily: Well, yeah it's an easy enough matter to stop bleeding and keep a wound clean, and a scarred, bald line on your head makes for a good conversation piece. (I tell people my fiance did it in a druken rage, which results in her hitting me for real).

@sonicsurge: Haha, no I'm an Airmen working out of a clinic. Actually 3 items on that list happened at the same time. Basically I puked, fell while running to bathroom - hit my head (the blood) and of course I'm like "I can fix this!", hence the iodine (and lots of gauze and tape).

Well as a young military man living in my first apartment, I've found dish soap works real well at cleaning up bad spots. I don't really use a lot of water, just a damp towel and a good dab of dish soap on the spot, then some vigarous scrubbing and mashing, finally (if it's a large enough spot) I vacuum so the carpet

Some laptops (a few dell laptops at least) have middle click mapped as left and right mouse button being pressed at the same time. I find this insanely useful as I'm fond of the whole 'middle click to open a link in a new tab in chrome and firefox' thing.
