Eh it’s more of a Metropolis look.

i will say my most boomer gaming take is that i do not understand when or why we all agreed that ‘current player amount’ was a super important metric in whether a game is a success or not, or even why it’s even worth asking 6-12-15 months after a game came out whether it’s ‘still’ successful or not.

Spencer noted that this was a “painful decision” for Microsoft as a whole, clarifying that the company will “provide our full support to those who are impacted during the transition, including severance benefits informed by local employment laws.”

No

Oof. Am I glad to have stopped working for Gamestop ages ago. I also no longer shop there. I feel bad for the employees. They’re the ones doing all the work and dealing with all the bull. As a company, Gamestop needs to die. They've been steadily enshittifying every aspect of their business for years now. I'll miss

Imagine being so fucking bad at your job and still making more money than any one of us will ever see in our lives.

How are your NFTs doing?

This is the wrong take, my friend. All characters should be voiced by Jim Cummings. Not just the men, but the women and children too.

This is hilariously off the mark.

I hate how much of online gaming discourse revolves around bad takes made by ill-formed idiots looking to make a quick buck off rage-bait videos.

I’ve been playing a Beastmaster Ranger as my MC and absolutely shredding. The changes to the beasts at level 5 in particular make it really come online.

hey quick question: what the fuck are you talking about

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: as someone who has gotten jaded in a public service field after more than two decades fighting the same battles and having every seeming win turn out to be a stage-setting for doing it all over again with different participants, TLJ was the first time I found the character

The criticism that always gets me is when people say that the movie is in favor of “killing the past” when Yoda has an entire scene where he explains that the thesis of the film is “learn from your mistakes and be better.”  The Yoda/Luke scene is easily the best of the film and arguably the best in the franchise.

A lot of the complaints about this movie boil down to personal taste, but the one that always kills me is the laughable claim that it “ruins Luke’s character.”

I think you are really ignoring how well it ran for a lot of people (myself included) on PC. In all honestly the game should have never launched on last gen, the issue wasn’t really the game but limitations of hardware.

Then don’t watch it.  But plenty of people are able to read a book and also enjoy a filmed adaptation of the story, or adapted as a stage play, or adapted as a comic.  Shouldn’t be that hard of a concept for someone to get.

Card-Based. Huh.

May the folks that enjoy that kind of thing end up loving this.
