I could not agree more! - the moaning from these piss babies is bloody unbearable. I can’t understand why, if they hate it so much already and they’re so intent on never ever watching the films in the future, then why do they feel the need to announce it to the world. It’s as if they’re seeking confirmation that they

I can understand why people would want to watch an extended cut as it definitely seemed like there were quite a few loose threads that ‘felt’ like they needed something extra. (Although I am sure that there will still be problems with it - and chances are they won’t have a scene that addresses everyone’s personal

Hell I love the 40k universe - it’s so gloriously melodramatic and gothic. After so many decades of wonderfully talented writers and artists contributing to the background its become one of the most textured and detailed universes out there. I’ve lost count of the number of other fictional universes that have stolen

Couldn’t agree more. They wrote themselves the perfect ending with stopping the apocalypse and Dean having the nice little family...and then they just carried on. A load of pish. I still can’t believe it’s still going.

As a massive fan of everything Mike Mignola does - and Del Toro for that matter - I am absolutely fine if they don’t ever make a Hellboy 3. The films have so little in common with the comics that it’s like two utterly separate universes with only a few names shared between the two. I don’t mean to insult either the

I think my personal lesson from this is that nobody should be considered too powerful, too influential or even too ‘well liked’ to be questioned. Its difficult to think of it now, but the Cosby show and most of the folks involved were so famous and so well loved that I am sure most people didn’t want to consider this

Some on IMDB and a whole load more in the ‘Art of’ book. (Which is great by the way - well worth picking up:)

It’s always nice when the slightly more human and vulnerable characters get some attention - it’s that lovely juxtaposition between the superman and the batman - we want to be Superman, but we’ll always identify more with Batman. I’ve really enjoyed this series - especially while the films have been horribly

Oh hell yes, nice call out! I’m pretty sure that Aja would take that comparison as one hell of a comparison too - his work on year one was amazing! Even the colouring has quite a similar small palette. Maybe if they’d had digital colouring back in the day it might have been even more pulp and ‘punchy’. Great choice -

As a cat fan and a wildlife fan I have to agree that it seems a cull is needed. We’ve already lost too many unique species - it seems like this is the only option left. I’m sure there are humane ways to trap the feral’s. Good luck oz, much love.x

Storm and Psylocke both look fantastic! (seriously, storm has never looked more ‘Storm’ in live action - and this has to be my dream Psylocke casting:) my only problem with the photos is Apocalypse. It could just be me but I think he looks dreadful. Sorry to be that downer guy but it just looks blurgh. Might have been

and they didn’t even do the burnt face or disfigured makeup. Surely that’s like half the characters recognition?

That’s a tragically young age to die for anyone and it must terrible for his family. So long you lovely chap you, have fun on the great rainbow road in the sky.x

Nobody with that strange and beautiful arrangement on their head should EVER feel stupid! (thanks for an interesting and wonderfully funny post:)

I don’t know Charlie, I think you hit the nail on the head with the ‘critics proof’ statement - There’s nothing to like about this on paper, but I will be made to see it and I’ll put money on it making me giggle. These little yellow guys are scientifically designed to make people smile and sometimes that’s o.k. Hell

Little did you know that it was secretly a test about hair dryers. :)

I know its a massive oversimplification but do we know yet who is which busters ‘archetype’? I really hope they stick with the original mix - I think that was half of the fun. You knew almost immediately who would bounce off of who the best. So far everything I’ve seen looks pretty worn in and wonderfully

and my new phrase of the day? ‘Ovicidal maniacs’. Thank you:)

Yep, looks shitty enough to be a ghostbusters car! With this and the proton packs they’ve clearly got some great people working on props. Just a thought - I wonder (and hope) that they keep the general mix of tones similar to the original. That mix of funny and then actually serious threats. It had a great mix of

however crazy this looks Snyder really can write a great bat book. I’ll trust the team whatever they try, even this!
