I don't what that was from but it's almost hypnotic! Bravo:)

I know it seems to get a lot of flack lately but when you think that it's a prime time kids show on bbc1 doctor who is doing a grand old job of normalising same sex relationships. With scenes like this and old captain Jacks introduction I'm chuffed that auntie beeb still has faith in it. (Oh and Capaldi was as bloody…
My cat Oggy is an arsehole. Truly an arsehole, but he still makes my days livable and it'd brake my heart if anything happened to him. You guys have my sympathy.x
I think the first time I ever really noticed interactive music cues playing a massive part in how much I enjoyed a game was SSX Tricky. Great music always gets lots of love but making it as interactive as the rest of the mechanics is still often overlooked and under appreciated - great blog:)
That video has pretty much sold me on the game! That's the kind of crazy shit I was imagining in my tiny stupid child brain all those years ago playing Elite on the Spectrum. Now I get to play it for real with my tiny stupid adult brain? Yes please:)
Here's an interesting review that includes Fantastic Four. It's not the worst film of the bunch, by far!
This was the game I was seeing in my mind as I played Elite on my Spectrum. Thanks for keeping me waiting video games:)
That was a really great post! I nearly didn't read it because, well it's the Kardashian's but I'm glad I did.
Mark of Kri needs to come back - thank you for reminding me how bloody great that was:)
Dear lord both of those are bloody traumatic - I can't decide which is worse. A dead mum or a dead mum!
I don't think it matters too much. Don't get me wrong, it's sad but it's not the end. Their films exist, they never date and they've influenced so many people (and animators/film makers) that if they closed tomorrow the term Ghibli would become a term of inspiration, a way to describe a project that something follows…
F*****g awesome. That is all:)
He does a weekly topical show over here called 'Mock the Week' that's well worth watching. Also about twice a year he co hosts a live series of shows on Astronomy with Prof Brian Cox on BBC 1 and 2 called Stargazing live where they slowly get drunk and talk space - a lovely combination:)
As a tool for encouraging empathy this sounds like a great idea. I'd love to see similar projects based on other seemingly intractable differences. It seems like empathy is similar to any kind of muscle, you have to exercise it regularly or you lose it all together.
Damn I loved Frontier! My favourite Justice League book. No matter what actors they cast for anything that's my first love - can't do better than some ink on paper:) (thanks for posting it - made me smile in among all the horridness.)
That's a pretty good reminder that not everyone reads comics, not everyone knows who these characters are. Unless they're just as bored as I am of Deadpool cosplay:)
You can almost hear the person inside whispering 'kill me. Somebody, please. It hurts to walk. Kill me. My left boot is full of wee, they won't let me sit down...' (and I really expected that child to cry:)
Last of Us DLC - 'sad potato with a head'. Genius.
Urgh. I was really excited about the new Thor until you reminded me about Disney. We all know it's all about the money but I like pretending it's something more. Oh no...they'll make her sing won't they?! Unless it's a drunken Asgardian pub song I'm not bloody interested:)
'Stop and smell the digital roses' - yep, perfectly this! A game 'backlog' makes it sound like a chore or a job. Digital roses:)
