Chrysler.
You’d think with a wheelbase that length that you’d get more back seat room then a kia, guess not!
The Fiat Panda- we need it.
Is it like light-years?
Yeah, but cruise ship hot tubs are worse than normal ones because of the specific clientele that use them.
No. Statistically, adding pedestrians to intersections causes higher volume and likelihood of a crash, and slows down traffic. Jaywalking actually is the better method. Pedestrians get priority in zones designated like crosswalks, but letting them just cross the road when it’s safe to do so is actually pretty ideal.
My partner has a 1994 Isuzu Amigo of this generation, with a 5-speed.
I agree with the Eagle, but the timing was missed. The perfect time to reintroduce the Eagle was during the era when Dodge made the Charger, Challenger and Magnum. Put a beefy 4WD under them, lift them a few inches, give them retro square headlights and bigger tires and you have a modern Eagle.
As much as I despise Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis, I’m bummed the Dart didn’t work out. I thought it was a pretty good looking little car that never got the chance it deserved. A true performance version would have been rad.
And the standard control layout that we went on to use is not the one Ford tried to push with the Model T. It was a bad layout that was counterintuitive even at the time. It was just so cheap that people were prepared to overlook it.
I know I’m reading garbage when I read this: ‘Chevette set a new standard with rust that even the Italians and Japanese couldn’t match.’
Look, America has decided it is fine gunning down preschoolers with impunity. Why would you think we’d be tougher on speeding in school zones? If we can teach active shooter drills, we can teach kids to stop on the curb and look both ways before attempting to cross. Murica.
I understand a lot of the concerns around speed cameras, and in general I’m opposed. But in all the outrage expressed in the comment sections of the news articles here in Rochester, none of the outrage was that SO MANY FUCKING PEOPLE ARE SPEEDING THROUGH THE SCHOOL ZONES.
I always cringe when I view these lists because they are almost always half wrong.
The irony of the Dodge Dart is it “should” have sold in droves. It wasn’t much more expensive than the Neon at lowest trim and the Neon came out 15+ years earlier. If it had been marketed as a cheap throw away car like the Neon was, and dealers kept a ton of base models in stock, it might have been ok.
Wrong Granada for sure. That’s the UK one. And the Mark 1 Granada in both sedan and coupe is a fantastic looking thing.
