His voice is so annoying, and there are so many times when I honestly think his head will explode. He gets that worked up.

On the few times a year when I’m driving long distances through the hinterlands, I switch to AM for a few hours of listening to what a subset of the masses are talking about. Mark Levin (oof) and Dave Ramsey are usually entertaining for about 30 minutes until I have to switch to something else. Ramsey is not

More accurately, it costs the people who pay cash or don’t have cards with rewards programs. Being poor is expensive!

The most expensive car is a cheap German car they say. A lot of those cars on the list will have minimum $1500 expenses for even the most minor things.

The Ranger has a/c, 9 o’clock is Max, and 10 is regular. Point taken about passenger airbag, or it just could be poor fit & finish and time warping in a hot climate. Of the 2 I’d pick the Ranger, the Toyota looks a bit rough, but neither floats my boat at that price.

A guy on YouTube has one of these that he put a 2-cyl Harbor Freight “Predator” Honda-clone engine in. I’m behind on episodes, but he’s been continually tweaking it for higher speed and fuel economy. His car is a manual transmission, but I think b/c the engine has a CVT of some sort he mostly just leaves it in 1 gear.

I’m pretty sure I saw one of these in Norway in October, in the boonies too. I thought they’d been on sale for awhile, but just not in the US I guess? Seems like it’s been in the news for decades.

NoVA here. Some of us are on your side. peace

DMV here. Council is pretty ineffective and are masters at legislation to make a point or message but which is unenforceable. The majority of really egregious speeders and traffic law violators are not DC residents (cough cough Maryland). As others have noted, AG (appointed by the Feds) works against MPD (local

NP for an enthusiast who knows these inside and out. ND for the rest of us.

Definitely not 20k, and not this car, but I’d consider a high-trim sedan or ZX5 (or wagon!) in the 05-11 model year range with a Duratec or Zetec 2.0.

I love these. But the price is probably too high. If money was no object, my dream garage would have one of these with a quietly rumbling V-8 swap and a completely redone and trimmed out interior. Love those seats.

I have always quite liked the Wuling Mini EV for what it is. Cheap no b.s. transportation, no more or less. The BYD Dolphin could more realistically be my daily driver- which for me is limited to just 1 car.

To their immense credit, Norway ain’t the deep south.

This wouldn’t surprise me. Most of the country knows nothing about DE or where it is even. So they just do the simple calculation, Musk hates it, Biden from there, so must be evil. Long story short, corps register there because of Chancery Court, i.e. the rocket docket.

The cruelty is the point.

One of the first things I did after reading this was googling an image of a Florida ID and it does indeed indicate “sex.”

Ive said the same about Twitter for years... I realize this is really a "news" site per se, but commenting about what people do or say on social media is rarely newsworthy, and you're just elevating stupidity.

The dashboard manual shifter is not that unusual, having been on many cars sold elsewhere in the world. Also, since Honda was mentioned, the 01-05 hatchback-only UK-built Civic SI had such shifter, and predated the Element.

Can’t “good fuel” also clog up your fuel filter if it has detergents that dislodge gunky deposits, left by “bad fuel.” I don’t even know what “bad fuel” is.
