I had it growing up in the 90s and it defninitly had to do with our hippy(not well water)  non-fluoridated water system.

Mostly benefitting. I’m a bit stoned in my attempts at pain management so I’ve had a couple of incidents of completely zoning out and messing up the pattern. Luckily it’s easy to fix. Plus I have cookie dough which makes everything ok.

Yum! I love homemade buttercream.

Oh I also got it into my head that I wanted to make art for the first time in a very long time. I dug into my giant bag of epherma and this happened.

Oooh I want to see the new pretties! I’ve been wanting to go by Joanne’s lately but I just spent money on yarn from Knitpicks.

I finished sock number one Thursday and am making good progress on number two. More progress than I anticipated because I slipped a rib today and sitting in bed supported by a bunch of pillows is all I can handle.

The author actually does a really good job of explaining why some substances can be absorbed transdermally and others can’t. However, what might be a more important question is even if magnesium could be absorbed through the skin in meaningful quantities(which has has never been proven) why would there be any

What I really want is commentary on Johnny and Tara’s outfits. Terry was even in on the pink color scheme last night!

Well it used to be the Ravelympics but then the Olympic Committee got all cranky about it and sent a cease and desist letter. It’s a knitting/crocheting competition and all projects entered need to be made between the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympics.

I’m starting to think I’m crazy for attempting this but I put sparkle socks on hold to cast on a new pair for the Ravellenic games. So now I have a little over two weeks to knit a pair of socks which is almost twice as fast as my previous efforts. I’m aiming for 1/5th a sock a day and I’m 3 pattern repeats away from

Do you have a list of talking points or something similar? I’d like to call but I want to be specific in what I’m asking them for.

A day late to the party but first sock is finally done. I know I should cast on the second right away but I’m flirting with second sock syndrome by taking a quick break to knit a washcloth.

I have a weird virus that’s basically the flu with no respiratory symptoms—achey, fever, headache—so my crafting has been limited. I probably should start an easier project so I have something to do when I’m not sleeping and semi-lucid.

I haven’t made much progress since last week. Stoping my NSAID and decreasing my Zoloft has left me in perpetual migraine hell.

I’m bookmarking that pattern now. Where do you order yarn from? I just got my Miss Babs order today but it was mostly needles and only two skeins of Yowza.

I love those colors! I want to tsk tsk you and tell you to listen to your doctor but I know I’d do the same thing. Are you taking an anti inflammatory?

Thank you Pie-pie for hosting this little thread. I love following everyone’s crafting adventures. Jez moves to fast for me to ever feel like part of the community so I mainly lurk but I love being able to pop in here on Saturdays and share.

My iPad keyboard case is dying (damn thing is less than 2 years old) please excuse all the typos. I seem to have forgotten how to type on a tablet without it.

For giftmas Mr Spoodle got a hat. It was my first time using a pompom maker and I’m now a convert it always seemed silly to use such a complicated gadget for so,etching so simple but I was so wrong. They’re magic, absolutely magic. Now I just want to make all the pompom

I apologize for my use of hyperbole. When I said I “couldn’t” finish it I was not refering my cognitive capacity but expressing my level of disgust at the tone of the article. There’s so much to read in the world that I didn’t want to waste time slamming my head against the keyboard* reading that particular article
