But we do give people who have intrusive thoughts about violence treatment. They’re a fairly common symptom of OCD. Not all intrusive thoughts are about harming others but what makes all of them distressing is the person experiencing them doesn’t want to act on them—even as they can’t stop thinking about them.

I think the focus on 72 hours comes from California’s 5150 code because it’s commonly referenced in pop culture.

I do something similar with an older cracked iPad and ancient Apple TV. When I figured out it would I finally felt vindicated for keeping them for so long. Now the iPad  lives on the couch and is only used for streaming

I’m not sure how others are doing quarantine but I really don’t understand the logic behind some of the regulations I’ve read for air and interstate travel—they don’t seem to take incubation time into effect and false negatives. But this is my quarantine plan for the trip I’m planning to see my MIL—who is currently in

This is really cool.

The “orange red hue” around the sun has been around on other days and it is really pretty. I’ve been able to see more safely by using my phone to take pictures without looking directly at it.

The solution though is to use a more detailed formula like the one from r/ABraThatFits that includes a leaning measurement. If I use only my standing bust measurement I’m an 30A or 30B cup but when I factor in my leaning

Police departments are very aware of optics.

Do you have access to an outdoor space where you could maintain social distancing? Here we’re only required to carry masks but not wear them outside when it’s possible to be spaced far apart. I’m really lucky to live by a park that’s almost always practically empty.

Any one have good advice for effective non-valved face coverings for people with breathing problems?

Or they’ve had them for a while for pre-existing health conditions...

I’ve offered to help my husband cut his hair and need to learn use clippers before it gets too long. Any tips?
