I loved Acorn TVs adaption of the Agatha Raisin mysteries. There’s murder but it’s not terribly distressing as the focus is on silly characters solving the murder. Rapists can still rape in prison :(

My view has nothing to do with rapists rights and everything to do with victims. I’m arguing that rehabilitation can prevent people from getting raped/harmed.

None of them can ever be rehabilitated? I think younger juvenile offenders definitely can be and maybe some older ones as well. My partner is a mental health practitioner that has done a lot of work with sex offenders.

I am a survivor too. Rehabilitation isn’t about improving perpetrators lives. It’s about preventing reoffending. So as much as I may like the idea of increasing stigma and making rapists suffer I ultimately care more about having them never ever do it again.

Which charities are less biased?
