First, there’s a process in place to weed out biased potential jurors. Second, there is no legal provision for public opinion to presume you innocent, because that would be impossible and absurd. The state must presume you innocent, but your peers in society are under no obligation to do so.

It’s fine to make fun of peoples’ hair, that’s a choice. Trump made a lot of choices and spent a lot of money to get his hair like that. In feminism you get the right to make choices and other people get the right to judge you on them.
