The hardest part is getting my kids on board with how to act with the dog. Everyone does try the ignoring the dog bit, but he is very persistent and will nip at your hands or shirt to get your attention. We have done training classes and even had a behaviorist come out. He is just a high energy puppy (likely a little

That’s the only thing that keeps me up at night any more. Mine was done 50k ago, so I’ll probably do it again next year before the normal cycle comes up. I really love the v8 in it though. Coupled with the Dinan exhaust, the sound alone is worth it.

The ZF transmission isn’t terrible as far as older conventional automatics go. It’s not even that hard to rebuild (just finished rebuilding mine in my garage), so you can keep it going. I kind of regret not just doing the manual swap. Probably do that when the transmission has issues again (likely will be an A-drum

Man, I am really liking the idea of Alonso in a lawn chair on the side of the Mclaren. That would be the best livery ever.

I had an E39 M5 for a while. The cost to keep it on the road wasn’t that bad, but I also didn’t have any major problems. I ended up selling it because I was getting worried reading too much on the forums. Sold it to get an E36 M3 sedan and upgrade my kitchen. Ended up trading the E36 for an E39 540iT and I am happier

They do for the 3-series. But they do not offer a manual. They didn’t offer a manual on the E39 540iT, but they did on the other engines. The swap isn’t too hard.

Style 42 wheels are some of my favorites. They had a 18" set, but those are very rare. M-parallels are perfect on them (it’s what I have on my wagon now).

Definitely my favorite daily driver. I love my 540iT. A bunch of Dinan mods help, too. It really is an excellent car, combines clean styling, great handling, reasonable power for its age, comfortable interior.

Trying this when I get home. Vader really wants to play and nips a bit too much (he is a puppy still, so it is somewhat expected). Curious to see if this works tonight - it would help my kids a bunch.

We just keep an eye on what they are watching. Unfortunately, some of it slips by, but generally, we haven’t had too many problems. Our boys tend to stick to watching the same Clone Wars music videos. They did start singing Linkin’ Park and The Final Countdown because of the videos, but that’s the least of my worries.

Trick question! Every city in Florida is built on a swamp!

I think in this case, they don’t mean killing is wrong, should say murder is wrong. You don’t murder someone in self defense. However, I vaguely remember (lapsed Catholic) something about Jesus saying to turn the other cheek, but I don’t think this show is too strict on which religion they are following. (I do love

The Florida jokes are spot on (I live a few hours south of Jacksonville).

Man, I hate the giving tree. Just brutal. Why not just show the kid the opening to Up, stop it there and tell him everything you love dies and you’ll be alone and miserable?

That is a cool costume, but not sure it is the winning entry this year. My friend (army reservist) made a tank for his 2 year old son’s Halloween costume. It has a rotating turret, and was generally awesome. Would have fired too, but his wife nixed that idea (something about giving 2 year old’s weapons). Made me feel

This is my favorite Blipshift shirt. I order it every time it comes up for sale since it gets worn so much. Nice that it will go to a good cause.

I can’t agree with the party location enough. There are plenty of parks and the beach near our house that make perfect spots for a party. We had one party at our house and we vowed never again. You spend a ton of time cleaning it, stressing over how you didn’t get that last bit of remodeling done, and then the kids

Just bought it! Thanks for the heads up - been debating it for a while, but didn’t want to pay the markup.

While not the worse incident I have had, I am right in the middle of one of these.
