I agree completely. I got sick of people that just seemed to hate this show because it wasn’t the old ones. There was a lot to like and the show kept showing promise. With Evans gone, maybe we’ll get to see that potential realized.

I always remember the Duster, Shadow, et al. as being the prize cars on the Price Is Right when I was a kid. I agree with all of your points. I don't know if Jenson would work on Top Gear (would rather he become an F1 commentator), but I think the BBC would be willing to take the chance.
