You are the problem with America.

1) My then-girlfriend and I both loved the Zeta-Jones laser scene. That was when she first realized she was bi. What can I say? We were young. Decent movie with male gaze. Fun night...

Next eight years will be harder for you than for me.

Honestly just deal with it, Trumpite. We’re not happy that you want to ruin the country.

This is just one of many reasons I got the fuck out. It was bad but tolerable when I was young, but the older me has zero patience for Texas’s bullshit.

Honestly, fuck every state that isn’t California. You keep buying cool old cars and shipping them to your salty-ass roads, where they get rust cancer and die.

Movies are primarily visual. Don’t act surprised that executives realized movies meant for the mass global market don’t need good writing.

Sure, but as discussed in other comments, Cadillac could use the Lexus strategy: offer a loss-leader that is clearly and inarguably superior to its competitors (BMW, Mercedes) for so much less money that no one cares it’s not a BMW or Mercedes.

I thought we did know about it back then, and it was considered boring at the time.

Should have swapped in an LS instead.

If money didn’t matter, I’d take the one on the left.

I hate suburbia. This post, and many of the comments below it, are yet another reminder that I need to never go back to the suburbs. People there tend to be nosy busybodies.

Hahaha. Oh, the mere notion of Californians leaving space for other drivers to merge. That’s hilarious.

Whole lot of fucking dick-swinging going on in these comments.

As of 2013, the average age of a Corvette buyer was 61 years. It has probably gotten older since then, even with the C7.

I know this is nonsense, but maybe Ford could have just built more GTs. Clearly, demand outstripped supply. A price increase could have also boosted profit. But then, economics are weird and make little sense.

I don’t care if the tech drives my car a bit hard so long as that tech does so in a reasonably sane situation. Presumably, said tech should also be okay with getting a ticket. Cars are designed to be used, and I’d be disappointed if the tech couldn’t diagnose a problem that only occurred under load or high lateral

Not quite accurate. The readers of news media (and the consumers of every other form of entertainment, for that matter) love conflict more than anything else in the world. All entertainment is carefully constructed to present compelling conflict.
