Of a pair of cars going 80 mph in a 40 mph zone. 80 mph is 39 yards/second. You might see a car 100 yards off, and get slammed in just over 2 seconds. You try reacting to that while pushing a stroller with a kid in it.

Reisinger was visiting the bay area, according to police, and legally crossing the intersection using the pedestrian ramp when she was struck.
Not jaywalking, as NipperDawg points out below:
For that acceleration, F ~ 12.6 MN (mega Newton) ~ 2.84e6 lbf. SpaceX Falcon Heavy generates about 5e6 lbf. So, the theoretical car produces about 60% a Falcon Heavy’s thrust.

Did that lady shit in your cereal, too?
Tsundoku but for games?
It’s not a one-time thing, either. He did the same thing a couple years ago to an American vlogger:
It’s whataboutism
Nope.
I heard one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard a few days ago. An acquaintance paraphrased the definition of fascism, and then said that’s exactly what the antifa are.
Yeah, my mum has used hot dog, and spam.
Depends which version of fried rice you grew up with. Almost all the Asian countries have a fried rice, since it’s a way to use up leftovers.
I had some bad fried rice for the first time ever. It was from a food cart, and it was “kimchi fried rice (made with kimchi butter)“ on the menu. There was no slight scorch on the rice, there was a lot of butter, and it made it taste awful. The taste of butter overpowered the taste of kimchi.
Or medium grain, like jasmine rice. I personally don’t like basmati (a long grain), so I avoid that.
Maybe it’s an Oregon thing? OSU has a giant beaver on campus.
