When I was a kid (7 or 8ish)I used to read Nancy Drew books. They were “girl” books, but they were so much better than the Hardy Boys, for some reason. The girls were so much cooler than the boys. A good story with great characters will transcend the “boy/girl” thing.

It’s mostly healthy living and lots of rest. That and really good genes.

You should give it a shot. Getting it for a medical reason like migraines doesn’t give you “frozen face”. Definitely get it done at a real doctor’s office, though. My wife gets treatments for migraines and it works great.
