I’ve worked in advertising, and even in a small market, there are many people from the artist to the art director, to the heads of the firm to the clients etc who see and approve something before it goes out. Multiply that by 100 for a large firm like Kellogg.

My thoughts are that the President is a bit shaky on the fact that there are parts of America that are not classified as states, but as commonwealths and territories (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and several other islands in the Pacific in case you are curious).…

I have no doubt it is real. I saw a map graphic that was 2012-election-related, not on Fox News, and it called out New Hampshire and Nevada for some reason. Early primary/caucus season maybe? Vermont was labeled NH and Utah was labeled Nevada. Only two states labeled and both were wrong.
